Every year Capital Mechanical throws an end of year celebration bringing all of its employees together to congratulate everyone on their achievements and work anniversaries…unfortunately due to COVID-19 we did not have a party but instead met our employees in the field with goodie bags. It is Capital Mechanical tradition to give out awards to our plumbers who were recognized by field management for going above and beyond in certain categories. This year’s awards are:
- Quality Award: This employee consistently produces high quality work, achieves first time inspection and job complete conditions, and rarely has backcharges or repeat work. This award went to Cesar Castillo
- Safety Award: This employee follows safety practices every day on job sites; Hardhat, boots, gloves, and safety glasses. This year also included following Covid-19 Safety Guidelines. This award went to Eric Stottlemyer
- Iron Man Award: An employee shows up every day and can be counted on to get the job done no matter what is takes. This award went to Edgardo G. Quezada
- Spirit of Cooperation: A employee who goes above and beyond to get a task done and is willing to do anything asked of them to help Capital Mechanical achieve success on the jobsite. This award went to German Garcia
